Ulearna is a platform facilitating a community of students and instructors all over the world to share career based skills and knowledge without boundaries. In the profile page I had simplified the flow and maintained the progressive disclosure to avoid showing unnecessary features to different user base rather the core features.

Problem Statement

One of the problems that learners may encounter while using Ulearna is the difficulty in navigating the platform. The interface of the website can be confusing, with multiple menu options and buttons that are not clearly labeled. The lack of clear direction can make it challenging for learners to find the courses they need or access the features they want to use.

Additionally, the course content may not always be organized in a logical manner, making it difficult for learners to follow the learning path. The platform may also lack a clear search function, which can be frustrating for learners who are trying to find specific courses or topics.

Solution

To address the usability issues faced by learners on Ulearna, here are some potential solutions for a platform redesign:
