Overview
Biokeeper is a decentralized app that helps households preserve a collective memory of family history. It is built on top of BioKeepR Blockchain & Decentralized Privacy Protocol. The Biokeeper app empowers private individuals to own sensitive personal data, and is a secure place for family members of all ages to connect, share, and retain a record of their lineage.
Problem
Biokeeper's mobile app was not interactive or intuitive.
The existing design was disorganized, the stylization and color scheme was inconsistent, and many navigational elements did not follow UX best practices.
Solution
Re-design Biokeeper's mobile application with the following goals:
(1) Improved app navigation and feature functionality, so it is intuitive and simplistic for users of all ages.
(2) Synchronize design elements and colors to align with the family friendly, warm aesthetic, create consistency, and ensure accessibility.
