Dear Shepherd is a mobile and web application designed to facilitate better communication between church members and their pastor. The app allows users to create accounts, authenticate via Firebase, customize avatars, and submit questions directly to the pastor. Available on Android, iOS, and web platforms, the app ensures broad accessibility and enhances community engagement.
Goals:
Enable secure and easy question submission.
Provide the pastor/admin with a manageable response system.
Enhance community engagement.
Ensure cross-platform functionality.

Frontend: FlutterFlow
Backend: Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore
Platforms: Android, iOS, Web
Key Features:
User Authentication: Account creation and login via Firebase.
Custom Avatars: Personalized user profiles.
Question Submission: Direct queries to the pastor, stored in Firebase Firestore.
Pastor's/Admin Dashboard: Manage and respond to questions.
Notifications: Alerts for answered questions.
Development Process:
Planning: Gathered requirements from church leaders.
Design: Created an intuitive UI with FlutterFlow.
Implementation: Developed features and integrated Firebase.
Testing: Conducted multi-platform testing and user acceptance testing.
Deployment: Launched on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web.
