Designed a limited-time Eid feature for myABL Digital Banking that allowed users to convert loyalty coins into brand vouchers and gift them to loved ones digitally. The feature blended gamification, cultural relevance, and fintech UX to create a more personal and emotionally engaging banking experience.
The end-to-end journey covered dashboard entry, voucher discovery, recipient details, OTP verification, and a branded email delivery, all designed to feel festive, simple, and trustworthy.
