A conversion-focused landing page designed to present a modern residential development and generate qualified leads.

Spin Mood is a residential development in São Paulo aimed at modern urban living. The goal of this project was to create a landing page that clearly communicates the building’s value while guiding users toward conversion. The design combines strong visual hierarchy, architectural imagery, and a clear narrative structure to present the project and generate qualified leads.

Context

The real estate market is highly competitive, especially in urban areas like São Paulo. Projects need to communicate quickly and clearly to capture attention and generate interest.
Spin Mood required a digital experience capable of presenting the development in a compelling way while also functioning as an efficient lead generation tool.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to balance visual appeal with conversion performance. The landing page needed to feel modern and aspirational while also making information easy to understand and guiding users toward action.
It also had to communicate multiple aspects of the project — location, amenities, lifestyle, and apartment layouts — without overwhelming the user.

Design Approach

The concept was built around the idea of flexibility in modern living, expressed through the headline “The apartment that adapts to you.”
The layout was structured to create a clear narrative flow, starting with a strong first impression and gradually introducing key information such as amenities, lifestyle, and location. A dark interface combined with teal and orange accents reinforces a modern and energetic visual identity.

Visual Hierarchy & Conversion

The landing page was designed to guide users toward conversion through clear hierarchy and strategic placement of call-to-action elements.
The form is positioned early in the experience to capture immediate interest, while the rest of the page reinforces value through visuals and structured content. Typography, contrast, and spacing were used to ensure readability and focus throughout the page.

Information was organized into distinct sections to make the experience easy to navigate. Amenities, apartment options, and lifestyle features are presented using icons, images, and concise text to communicate quickly.
This structure allows users to scan the page efficiently while still understanding the full value of the project.

The final landing page delivers a cohesive experience that combines visual storytelling with conversion-focused design. The interface presents the project clearly while guiding users through a structured narrative that builds interest and encourages action.

The project resulted in a clear and engaging landing page that translates the architectural and lifestyle concept of Spin Mood into a digital experience. By aligning visual design with communication and conversion goals, the page serves as an effective tool for attracting and engaging potential buyers.
