Adri is a Fitness Coach and founder of We Are Capable, specializing in empowering young women to build self-esteem by improving their relationship with body image, fitness, and food.

As her assistant, I managed email workflows (onboarding, cancellations, payments, newsletters), crafted marketing strategies, designed content, wrote copy, resolved app issues, supported members, and implemented retention strategies with customer feedback.

Email Management: set up emails, workflows, segments for different situations: Onboarding, Cancellations, Failed Payments, Newsletter, Challenges Guide, etc.

Community management and design: plan marketing strategy, design posts and stories for app launch, program launches and challenges.

Copywriting: write app notifications, content scripts and messages.

Membership Administration: solve app technical issues, attend customer's problems and questions, payment issues and database update.

Retention strategies: Gather customer feedback with testimonials and weekly messages.
