Buy Me Once is a brilliant online shop that specialises in long-lasting products. It’s a highly practical approach to sustainability: buy once, buy well, buy less. Their customers trust that their stuff will go the distance, thanks to the rigorous approach to product research Buy Me Once has.

I wrote email copy for Buy Me Once for about three years, for both their UK and USA channels. Understanding what set their products apart was of the utmost importance (and was where my design degree often came in handy). They wanted their emails to demonstrate their knowledge, in a compelling way.
