In this project I worked for a friend startup. The aim was to better comprehend a local market and how the business could develop in that enviroment. Due to the fact taht the business had been operating for two years and had regular clients, I conducted a thorough investigation into market trends, resulting in detailed reports that shaped the client's business strategy and positioning.
