Social Service Evaluation

In this project I worked with a government agency in my country. The project consisted of the evaluation of a social telecare service focused on the elderly. My role in this position was focused on the analysis of a database and the elaboration of questionnaires. With this information, the aim was to improve the reach and effectiveness of the service at the local level without having to invest more money in it.
