I worked as Human Resources in chemical industry PT. Dongsuh Indonesia with general responsibilities including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations and engagement, and HR administration and compliance.
My role as HR :
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person/virtual interviews
Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs to improve performance management
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and surveys
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
