Realio, a Web3 technology company, operates at the intersection of blockchain, DeFi, and traditional finance, enabling investment and trading in tokenized Real Estate and Private Equity assets. As Director of Product for 3.5 years, I have contributed to the evolution of their digital asset management platform and the development of multiple products in a rapidly evolving market.

Our core challenge was building intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences for complex financial instruments while maintaining the flexibility and decentralization principles that define Web3.

My role encompassed maintaining and enhancing the core digital asset management platform while we conceptualized and launched new products that expanded Realio's market reach.

As Director of Product, I adopted a holistic approach to product growth, leveraging design thinking across multiple disciplines beyond traditional UX. I actively contributed to marketing communications and quality assurance, always exploring how design principles could enhance these functions.

In QA, I developed a comprehensive testing framework optimized for our lean team structure while creating workflows that supported our customer support operations. This approach to process optimization delivered measurable results: reduced rework, improved feature quality, and enhanced overall user experience across our product ecosystem.

I contributed to designing new platform features for the network interaction and the accompanying dApp, which works by enabling greater user flexibility while supporting the company's decentralization vision, enabling scalable product development, and enhancing user autonomy.
