Lazarus entered the market with strong streetwear concepts, but lacked a cohesive fashion brand identity to compete in the saturated apparel industry. While their designs reflected urban culture, the brand needed a strategic foundation to position itself as more than just another clothing label.

We partnered with Lazarus to develop a complete Streetwear Branding and Brand Identity Design system. Our work included logo design, typography direction, graphic language development, and custom apparel design. The resulting Visual Identity System bridges fashion and culture — ensuring consistency across clothing collections, merchandise, packaging, and digital platforms.
