The client needed footwear expertise and guidance to develop her brand. As she was unfamiliar with the industry I provided:

All in all to make the shoes a reality, we focused on:

- Identified the product and season
- Created trend and inspirational boards
- Translated her vision into sketches then product
Where she didn't have the industry connections I supported her with factory and material sourcing, sample development and production.
Process 🛣
After initial proposal the brand owner signed up for "How to Start you Footwear Brand". The sign up was lead by video calls and a Slack account was set up for 24/7 communication. We built the footwear brand identity via Pinterest board building, sharing ideas and inspiration. A clear product board was created and design brief formulated. Through shared folders, conference calls and slack we build the product and created the designs ready for A factory and specification sheets.
Results 🎁
Final delivery was a huge success and now awaiting launch for next year.
