The project focused on creating a cohesive suite of Canva templates for Cohost Co, a vacation rental management company. The goal was to empower their team to easily customize and update their own content while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.

Cohost Co needed a more unified and professional visual presence online. Their existing content lacked consistency in tone and design, which diluted their brand recognition. As a small team managing multiple rental properties, they also needed a solution that would reduce the time spent on content creation without compromising on quality or brand alignment.

My objective was to develop a library of editable Canva templates that balanced aesthetic appeal with functionality. These templates needed to be simple enough for non-designers to use, yet visually compelling enough to elevate the brand’s online representation.

A primary challenge was ensuring ease of use without limiting creative flexibility. The templates had to accommodate varying content types — property listings, client testimonials, and seasonal announcements — while adhering to a consistent brand look. I also needed to design within Canva’s editing constraints to ensure seamless use across team members.

The project’s success was assessed through increased brand consistency and efficiency. Key metrics included improved visual cohesion across social posts, reduced time spent creating marketing assets, and higher engagement rates on social media platforms.

I created a suite of branded Canva templates built around Cohost Co’s existing color palette, typography, and tone of voice. Each design emphasized clarity, hierarchy, and flexibility — allowing the team to easily edit text, images, and graphics while maintaining a professional, cohesive appearance. The end result was a time-saving, scalable design system that enhanced their brand’s online presence and improved content production efficiency.
