Vivun - Frontend Engineer

Product, UX focused projects while working with TypeScript, React, Redux, AI, TDD, React Testing Library, Jest(and more).

• Led the renovation of Vivun's Hero web app, including state management, tests via React Testing Library, ESLint, Prettier, and TypeScript.
• Optimized and improved team effectiveness to create a more efficient, organized workflow for engineers.
• Created tickets with detailed Acceptance Criteria (AC) as a team designed endpoints with backend engineers.
• Utilized a process that pointed towards a single source of truth for a project's details that ultimately encouraged transparency and higher engagement during team projects.
• Facilitated the implementation of agile processes, while promoting team speed for feature development.
• Closed 15M+ in Account and Product Gaps via project and feature improvements.
• One of which was a 1.3M+ Account Gap Feature where a highly efficient solution for Vivun's Sales Management Platform, Hero, was proposed.The improvement was aimed at providing our clients with large data sets such as Salesforce and Zoom an effective way to search for their account and product gaps.
• Developed a user-focused solution that enabled clients to refine searches with intricate filtering, select which fields of data to view, and sort the data quickly.
• Reduced tech debt, refined code quality, and created cleaner generic components with efficient app structure.
• Migrated architecture from pages/components to module by route creating reusable React hooks and decreasing code duplication.
• Increased dev process efficiency in collaboration with DevOps team to revise Git branch flow.
• Substituted shared dev branch with Harness ephemerals that enabled engineers to operate dev branches in a secure isolated environment.
• Mentored incoming engineer via onboarding and best practices for frontend development.
