Usability Insights - I gained insights into the usability of the website, including navigation issues, clarity of information, and overall user-friendliness, to inform design and layout decisions.

User Pain Points - I pinpointed areas of frustration encountered by users during their interaction with the current website, helping to prioritize improvements.

Brand Perception - I assessed users' perceptions of the brand represented by the website, including its tone, messaging, and visual identity, to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.

Content Gaps - Determined areas where users feel that important content is missing from the website, enabling the prioritization of content updates or additions.
