With these two posters, I aimed to visualize some data related to the HDM organizational model. The network displays how the teams are connected to each other - it’s a sort of unusual organization chart showing how multidisciplinary we are. The bar chart visualization instead shows how much we think we are autonomous based on some questions from an internal survey.

I was part of the HDM team for two years. It was an incredibly formative experience for me. Other than strengthening my dataviz skills, I had the opportunity to work in a self-managed environment where everyone’s opinion matters, regardless of seniority. I found it both exciting and challenging, and I’ll always be grateful to everyone who lived this little piece of professional (but not only) life by my side.
