UX/UI designers of all levels aren't able to reliably practice interview questions with other designers
From my experience as a new UX/UI designer getting into the job market, I found it extremely difficult to practice whiteboarding challenge and other interview questions by myself. My fellow students, recent graduates, and mentors all feel the same way.
Competitive Analysis
There are currently no direct competitors in the space, but there are similar platforms for software engineering and system design interviews. All these competitors share the same characteristics including:
Ability to schedule a mock interview with a real person
Dictate what kind of interview you want to practice on
Given technical and behavioral feedback from peers
Credit or monthly pricing strategy
Solution
A platform where designers can practice interviews with real people on their own schedule!
My solution is to build a platform that lets users pair up with one another and practice interview questions. Users will be paired up according to their skill level, desired interview type, and availability. All tools will be built onto the platform for the most seamless interview experience.
