Over the last several years, VSURY partnered with Unravel Data to develop their product-led growth (PLG) expertise. We began by understanding Unravel Data’s various personas. From this foundation, we crafted a comprehensive user journey to identify areas for improvement across all touchpoints.

We then redesigned and implemented various existing touchpoints across web, platform, and email channels while conceptualizing new ones to facilitate a better onboarding experience. Finally, we collaborated with Unravel Data to outline key metrics for tracking performance, drop-off rates, and platform engagement.

The result was a frictionless experience that significantly improved onboarding and overall user satisfaction, while also rallying internal stakeholders around a single strategic objective.
