Telling people to stop eating meat? 🥓

Damn, that was one tough challenge.

Setai wanted to engage an audience who wants to switch to a plant-based diet in the UK. Some challenges we bumped into:

Owners' Story: Setai's co-founders want to change not only the way we eat but also how we live. 'Cause we've got only one planet, baby. They've developed an app that scans the barcodes of food products in the supermarket, so you can make a better choice 🌱

Mission: There's a misconception about sustainable eating. Some think that eating avocado helps our environment. But depending on where you live, an avocado can harm the planet more than dairy products. Setai exists to inform its users about their carbon footprint with 100% transparency.

Opportunity: Although there are similar companies in the app market, none of them offers a precise calculation like Setai. Setai considers agriculture, transport, food processing, packaging, and distribution during their assessment.

To put it simply, when you scan the barcode of your avocado, Setai calculates where it was born, how it traveled to the supermarket, and if there was processing or packaging involved 🥑

Developed a brand voice and content strategy

Wrote Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn posts, pitch decks, email marketing, and press release

Designed the posts using Canva

Launched online campaigns to generate leads and app installs

Tracked KPI metrics to increase community engagement

We wanted to reach and educate people on the climate crisis. And I figured that the best way to do that was through simple images and a few words to summarise a big point.

850% increase in accounts reached

240% increase in user engagement
