Bahrain-based real estate agency "Rich house Real Estate" approached me for their website development. They need a website with an intuitive & user-friendly interface for prospects, existing clients, and employees regardless of the device they are using. They needed a solution that would streamline business operations, be easy to maintain for their administrators, and provide relevant, meaningful content to all visitors. Main Requirements were: A Custom CRM for RH, Chat functionality, Membership for Agents, and Agencies All Integrated with the CRM, Property management with properties listing After the Identification phase I gathered all the data, created some quick mockups for quick feedback from a client and after back and forth brainstorming with the client I designed a futuristic, Dynamic and modern real estate listing website with all the functionalities required by the client.

After taking time to understand RH real estate needs & goals, I proposed building a responsive website, putting a strong focus on the user experience, and executing an effective SEO strategy.

A responsive website, allows both visitors, clients, and employees to view their website on any device. In addition, I built the site in a user-friendly CMS, making it easier for their administrators to update, add or modify content when needed.
