My Role

As the product designer, I partnered with a graphic designer to improve after-sales service via the Brij platform. I redesigned the warranty activation flow to simplify support, educate users, and drive D2C conversions. The project increased QR scan rates from 7% to 20% and unlocked new retention opportunities.
