Client Communication Automation for a Beauty Studio
(WhatsApp, Telegram + Yclients CRM Integration)
Overview
We built an automation system for client communication for a beauty studio, focused on WhatsApp and Telegram, with full integration into Yclients CRM.
The goal was to reduce manual work for administrators, speed up responses, and improve the overall client experience — without replacing human managers.
Business Problem
Before automation, the studio faced common operational issues:
High volume of repetitive messages in WhatsApp and Telegram
Slow response times during peak hours
Missed or delayed replies outside working hours
Manual booking confirmations and reminders
No unified communication history in Yclients
Solution
We implemented an MVP automation system that handles routine client communication and synchronizes data with Yclients CRM.
The system:
Automatically responds to frequently asked questions
(prices, services, availability, location, working hours)
Supports online booking and rescheduling
via integration with Yclients
Sends automatic confirmations and reminders
before appointments
Routes complex or non-standard requests to a human administrator
Works in both WhatsApp and Telegram from a single logic layer

First message handling (greetings, basic info)
Service selection and specialist choice
Appointment booking via Yclients
Appointment confirmations
Reminders and follow-up messages
Status updates synced with Yclients CRM
All automations are designed with manual override and safety rules.
