Overview

Barrier Intelligence helps oil & gas facilities turn static gas detection (≈60% effective) into live safety intelligence by making the invisible “designed once, degrading daily” gap measurable. The pilot activation experience is engineered to convert skeptical technical buyers by leading with hard ROI (spurious alarm waste) and backing every claim with physics-based, vendor-agnostic evidence.

What we built

How Bolt.new was used (Build process)

We used Bolt.new as the rapid build environment to go from PRD → working clickable prototype without local setup—prompting the app, iterating UI in-browser, and refining flows quickly. Bolt is designed to let you prompt, run, edit, and deploy full-stack apps directly in the browser.
What we did inside Bolt.new
Prompted the project with the full Product Charter + PRD to generate an initial structure (pages, routing, baseline components).
Built the prototype as a multi-page web app (not just static screens) so stakeholders could click through the full journey.
Iterated on key components (navigation, hero, trust band, dual-buyer tabs, wizard stepper, upload panels, confirmation state) through repeated prompt → preview → adjust cycles.
Used Bolt’s project workflow to continue refinement in StackBlitz when needed (Export → “Open in StackBlitz”) for faster UI tuning and file structure control.

Outcome

The result is a conversion-ready pilot activation experience that:
