Blood Circulation Animation

I was watching House MD (my fav series) and I thought it would be cool to animate a House-style biological animation.
A final 10 seconds animation.
Closeup on the blood cells, made in Spline.
The scene itself is fairly simple. It's just a tube with faces inwards, and a path with cloner modifier applied. The blood cells are randomized, so each has a slighthly different shape thanks to displacement shader.
The entire vein visible from a distance.
