Living By Lendlease

Lendlease is an innovative property developer with a vision to leave a legacy that people care about, to be an organisation people want to work with and for, and to manage and measure its impact in five areas: Health and Safety,  Financial, Our Customers, Our People, and Sustainability.

Lendlease needed a seamless user journey; one that clearly communicated the value proposition of each apartment building and its brand values. The website needed to present the core brand (Living by Lendlease), whilst showcasing the differences between the sub-branded buildings (Park Central West and Park Central East).

It was agreed to treat each building as a separate entity of its own, with distinct personalities and differences, whilst keeping it tied in with the holistic umbrella of the brand.

Park Central West and Park Central East were given their own identity. We gave each one a microsite, including separate pages, menu structures, and look and feel. The creative challenge was to make each microsite feel bespoke and unique to the brand, yet still feel part of the main website.

We designed a visual language that worked across all three sections of the website, using visual queues such as image overlays and shapes from the logos to indicate which building page you were on. Although these were brand-specific, the position and functionality were consistent. This created an experience that felt unique to each individual building yet still connected and familiar to the core brand. The result was a seamless user experience and an elegant-looking UI.
