I partnered with Cue the Core, a Pilates studio in San Rafael, CA, led by Karen Lovelace, to enhance their online presence and community engagement. Using Arketa, I designed branded email campaigns, made website edits, implemented email automations, and created cohesive graphics for both online and marketing materials. Additionally, I developed a social media strategy to showcase Cue the Core’s inclusivity, promotions, and vibrant events like book clubs, retreats, and themed classes.

Cue the Core already had a strong identity, but they wanted consistent branding across all channels, particularly with fonts and visuals. It was also essential to emphasize that Pilates isn’t just beneficial—it’s fun! The studio needed an engaging way to promote workshops, themed classes, pop-up events, and retreats while attracting new clients and maintaining its community-focused, inclusive ethos. Additionally, the content had to weave in their expertise and personal story to deepen their connection with the audience.

I collaborated with Cue the Core to strengthen its community bonds, elevate brand presence, highlight key events, and expand its client base, all while crafting playful imagery that captured the studio's energetic vibe.

I delivered:

Email Marketing: Designed branded templates in Arketa for newsletters, event promotions, and announcements. Set up automation for welcome emails, event reminders, post-class or event follow-ups, + more ensuring timely and professional communication.

Visual Content Creation: Produced Canva graphics for promoting workshops, themed classes, pop-up events, retreats, holiday deals, and the monthly book club. Every design was aligned with Cue the Core’s branding guidelines and seasonal themes, ensuring a polished, cohesive look.

Social Media Support: Built and scheduled an Instagram content calendar using Later.com. Created posts, Reels, and Stories showcasing the joy of Pilates, community events, and client success stories, all designed to increase engagement and strengthen community connection.
