Designed and developed Finde, an e-commerce platform that integrates the eBay API to deliver real-time curated item listings, search and filtering.
Finde is an e-commerce platform that integrates the eBay API to deliver real-time item listings and search. My goal was to design a shopping experience that feels curated yet comprehensive.
ROLE
Product Designer, Developer (Full-Stack)
PROBLEM
Users struggle to filter and browse secondhand listings across categories with speed and relevance.
RESEARCH
Conducted competitive analysis to identify weaknesses in existing UI patterns and supplemented this with live user testing. Discovered that users wanted clear sorting and faster filtering to avoid overwhelm.
DESIGN PROCESS
Iterated from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity wireframes, culminating in live design testing to validate solutions quickly.
RESULTS
Post launch usability tests showed an increase in use of search and filtering with a higher retention rate.
Messaging that clearly communicates customer value and brand differentiation.
