Influencer marketing is growing fast and so is the need for products that actually support how people work in it. We partnered with a client who saw that gap and wanted to build something better. This is the full story of how we designed it.
Platforms that bring together more than one user group are one of the harder design problems to solve well. Each side has different goals, different mental models and different definitions of success. That's why research was the first thing we focused on.
Six stages sounds like a lot. In practice, it's what gives the final product a clear logic because nothing is there by accident. Every UI decision we made was grounded in something we learned during research. This careful approach is the only way to create a digital workspace that really works.
Every feature on this list started as a user need. Brands and influencers use this product for very different reasons, so the design had to make each side feel like the platform was built specifically for them. Our job here was to fit that much functionality into a layout where people can just focus on getting their work done.
We took a complex brief and turned it into a product both sides actually want to use. Research, UX, UI — full cycle, one team.
If your product needs that same level of attention, we'd love to help.

Most platforms pick a side. We built one for both: brands find influencers with AI, creators finally have everything in one place.
