What does it take to make people trust a health app they've never seen before? 🤔
That was the real question behind AcuAI.
The client came to us with a vision: make acupuncture accessible for everyday self-care. Our task was to take that idea and turn it into a product people could actually understand and use.
Here's how we made it work.
Our team focused on building trust with the user.
People often fear using medical devices at home, so we had to make everything feel accessible and simple. We carefully planned how a person moves through the app before starting the actual design work.
The design works as a direct path:
AI chat with Cleo collects symptoms → generates acupuncture point recommendations → connects the electro-acupuncture device → runs the guided session → logs results → updates the healing plan.
We made sure that every screen feels like a natural step forward.
Our team delivered 20+ screens that cover every part of the app: symptom collection, device pairing, session scheduling and progress tracking.
Everything is fully documented — user flows, UI kit and dev-ready Figma files.
We have built a strong foundation for a product that truly cares for its users .
