A rebrand concept for Toasted, a small neighborhood bakery café known for specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and toast dishes. After 3 years of building a loyal local following, the café needed a refreshed identity to attract a younger audience (ages 20–35) and stand out in a competitive market.

Logo

The logo leans into what Toasted is literally about. The letterforms are built from photographs of real toast, giving the wordmark a tactile, handmade quality that feels warm and approachable. Two versions: a full wordmark and a compact mark for smaller applications.

Business Card

The business card extends the toast concept beyond the logo. The back is designed to look like a slice of toast with jam: the background uses warm, toasted tones while the text is set in a rich jam color. The front features an illustrated toast with jam, tying the whole card together. It's a small touchpoint that makes the brand feel playful and cohesive.
