Challenge

The client needed a marketing site that could serve two audiences at once: potential buyers looking to browse listings, and sellers evaluating whether to trust this agency with a high-value transaction. Most real estate sites fail one of the two - they're either pure listing directories with no personality, or brand-heavy but frustratingly hard to navigate. The challenge was building something that felt premium and conversion-ready at the same time, with an integrated property search, clear trust signals, and a visual tone that matched the caliber of the listings.

Outcome

The site was designed and built entirely in Framer. The hero leads with a property search — type, price, location — so visitors can act immediately rather than scroll for context. Listings are presented in a flexible grid with large photography and minimal metadata, letting the properties do the selling. A dedicated social proof section surfaces key numbers (years of experience, properties sold, client satisfaction) in a format that's structural, not decorative. The overall visual direction uses generous whitespace, neutral tones, and full-bleed imagery to position Vertex as a high-end but approachable brand.

Final thoughts

Real estate sites live or die by how quickly they build trust. The design decisions here — layout, hierarchy, content sequencing — were all oriented around reducing friction for two very different users arriving at the same page. Framer made it possible to move fast without compromising on craft, and the no-code delivery means the client can manage content without depending on a developer for every update.
