Bus Ticketing: The platform allows users to easily purchase bus tickets online, eliminating the need for long queues at bus stations. Customers can browse schedules, select their preferred seats, and pay securely from the comfort of their homes or on the go.

Parcel Delivery: The product also facilitates the sending of parcels across states, offering a convenient solution for individuals and businesses alike. Users can book parcel deliveries, track their shipments in real time, and receive updates about the delivery status, ensuring a transparent and reliable process.

Interstate Vehicle Charters: The product provides a service for chartering vehicles for interstate travel, offering users the flexibility to arrange private transport for personal or business purposes. This feature is ideal for those who need customized travel solutions, such as group trips or business travel, where they can select vehicles that match their specific needs and schedule.

The project's objective was to create a solution that eliminates the inconvenience of accepting payments without resorting to third-party Point of Sale systems.

There was a need to reduce booking time for Travellers, so after building and rethinking the operator App flow and design, another functionality to reduce the hassle of payment is to have a receive payment feature on the Terminal/App that solves the problem.

A product designed to simplify bus ticketing, parcel delivery, and interstate vehicle charters in Nigeria. This product is a comprehensive platform that streamlines three major services within the transport industry in Nigeria.

As the lead Designer on the Product, I work in parallel with other designers and Devs to make sure the product is in sync with other products we are building as a team.

The result of the project is both fulfilling for the client and users as the product is easy to navigate, less booking time, a seamless transaction process, and a functional and intuitive experience.
