🧩 The Problem
Many chore / behavior apps treat kids only as task executors; they don’t support the parent’s journey.
Parents struggle to stay consistent in enforcing tasks or tracking behavior across children.
Motivation for kids can fade if rewards feel arbitrary or disconnected.
🎯 My Solution / Role
Designed and built the core chore-tracking engine: color-coded “KiDZ Light System” (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue) for tasks & behavior. Apple
Created an intuitive parent vs child dashboard UI showing real-time progress and notifications
Integrated a 52-week “Morning COFFEE Explainers” module delivering daily/weekly lessons for moms
Developed reward customization logic (stars, privileges) and push notification system
Ensured data privacy and secure sync across devices
Allowed parent-invite-only onboarding for Mom & Dad
📈 Results & Impact
Accelerated adoption as a dual solution for both chores management and parental growth
Elevated retention by making the app valuable not just to children but to parents
