Logo Animations for a Music Company

With this logo animation, my initial idea was to use the difference between gold and b&w textures. As the logo is  vertically balanced by the central figure -K-, I've took some extra time to implement this idea into the visual narrative. I used the animation of the -K- to kickstart the logo reveal. I've made some detailed timing & animation adjustments, to keep everything fresh. I aimed to create an organic flow to emphasize the strong and flashy nature of the logo. 

I also designed a subtle flashing effect around this idea. I've added an extra edge with the "slice" animation on the" Media" part. I believe that this adds some unconventional flavour to the final touch. In total, Dhalai-K-Media animation has 30 individual layers with their own unique movements.

Given the time limit, a more direct approach was followed with Les Koolisses animation. As this logo contains less textural material to work with, I created subtle lighting effects, to balance the simplicity with some visual attraction.
