Carat Craft is a bespoke luxury jewelry maker based in Dubai. Design work on this project mainly focused on redesigning the existing e-commerce website, aiming to make the end-to-end experience of purchasing customizable jewelry as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

The primary challenge of the Carat Craft project was to redesign the e-commerce website to create a seamless end-to-end experience for customers when purchasing customizable jewelry. The order page and checkout flow were particularly challenging, requiring numerous design explorations to ensure the experience was smooth and hassle-free while meeting the business objectives of the owner.

To address the challenges of the project, I followed a rigorous design process that involved several stages, including research, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping. The visual design was created to align with Carat Craft's branding and helped to create a luxurious, high-end feel for the website. Many design explorations were made to ensure the experience is seamless and can cover business intention from the owner before determining the final design and user flow.
