This project involved designing a clean, data-focused dashboard for a time management platform used by companies to monitor employee schedules, workloads, and productivity. The goal was to make complex time-tracking data easily digestible through a user-centric UI.

I developed a modern, responsive interface with clear visual hierarchy, minimal friction for navigation, and intuitive components. The solution included a flexible grid system, a well-structured typography scale, and color-coded indicators for time balance, goals, and team stats. The final product allows managers to quickly interpret metrics and employees to log and review time without confusion or clutter.

The final deliverable was a clickable Figma prototype and fully optimized design specs for seamless handoff to developers.
