Gaps Identified
Repetitive user actions - Users were forced to re-enter the same settings every time while generating podcast, leading to frustration.
No Visibility Into Usage (minutes remaining) - Time-based credits were hidden, creating anxiety and mistrust.
Disrupted flow - Users generating multiple podcasts had to keep navigating back and forth between the library and home screen. The app interrupted creative flow.
Low engagement discovery - Trending or recent podcasts were hidden in a separate tab instead of inspiring users right on the home screen.
Weak visual identity - The UI didn’t reflect the innovation behind the product.
