At Lenus, I was part of the commercial team and in-house ad agency, dedicated to helping coaches bring their brands to market. To achieve this on a scalable level, I developed comprehensive brand-building (The Brand Blueprint) education programs. These programs included brand strategy materials, branding insights, and strategic frameworks designed for both internal and external stakeholders. The toolbox consisted of USP (Unique Selling Proposition) frameworks, tools, and strategic questions to identify, understand, and profile the accurate target audience, as well as methods to identify brand pillars that form the foundation for brand messaging and content creation across different marketing channels.
