This system combines the insights of business experts with cutting-edge technology and data analytics, enabling online coaches to optimize their business models for unprecedented growth and success.
1) BRAND DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION FOR THE IN-HOUSE AD AGENCY ON THE SANA E-LEARNING PLATFORM

Before my involvement, lacked a standardized in-house methodology, frameworks, or tools for brand building that all stakeholders could follow. With over 1,500 coaches to support, there was a pressing need for scalable solutions to ensure consistent and effective brand development.

At Lenus, I was part of the commercial team and in-house ad agency, dedicated to helping coaches bring their brands to market. To achieve this on a scalable level, I developed comprehensive brand-building (The Brand Blueprint) education programs. These programs included brand strategy materials, branding insights, and strategic frameworks designed for both internal and external stakeholders. The toolbox consisted of USP (Unique Selling Proposition) frameworks, tools, and strategic questions to identify, understand, and profile the accurate target audience, as well as methods to identify brand pillars that form the foundation for brand messaging and content creation across different marketing channels.

2) 1:1 BRAND STRATEGY SESSIONS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE CLEAR POSITIONINGS AND SUCCESSFUL LAUNCHES
I also tested and utilized these same resources during my 1:1 client consultations and brand strategy sessions, ensuring that each client had a clear brand positioning and all the tools and knowledge needed to grow their business and brand effectively.
3) REBRAND DESIGN: EVOLVING BRANDS FOR A NEW AUDIENCE
In addition to my strategic and global brand development work within Lenus, I have managed several one-off and short-term rebranding projects. This work involved creating a clear creative direction and hands-on design of new visual identities, aimed at evolving brands to effectively reach new audiences.
