Context & Challenge: Reps Were Underperforming. Managers Were Flying Blind:

Sales managers were overwhelmed. They knew coaching mattered—but didn’t know who to coach, what to focus on, or where deals were going wrong
SignalSync’s AI-backed insights had the potential to fix that. But the product experience fell short:
