Introduction
Our task was to design an intuitive and user-friendly website for a real estate business. The main objective was to create a platform that would simplify property search and transaction processes for potential buyers or renters.
Research and Pain Points Identification
Through a series of surveys, and market analysis, we identified key areas that frustrate users in current real estate platforms:
Difficult Search Process: Many users found it challenging to find properties that matched their specific preferences.
Intransparent Pricing: Users were often unsure about the price range of properties in different locations and of varying types.
Poor User Experience: Many existing platforms had complex navigation systems, and important information was hard to locate.
Designing Solutions
To address these issues, we tailored our design approach around simplicity, functionality, and user experience:
Enhanced Search Functionality: We integrated a powerful search engine that allows users to filter properties by location, type, price range, number of bedrooms, and more.
Price Range Display Box: To solve the issue of intransparent pricing, we introduced a unique feature - a display box that shows the price range according to location and property type. This tool aims to provide users with a clear understanding of property prices, enabling more informed decisions.
User-Centric Design: The website was designed with the user in mind. We simplified navigation and made sure all necessary information was easy to locate and understand.
