Creating a client-centred website for a prestigious law firm. The primary goal was to offer an intuitive and accessible platform that would clearly present the firm's services, track record, and unique value propositions.

Research & Pain Point Identification
Through focus groups, interviews, and analysis of competitor sites, we identified three key pain points:
Complex Terminology: Legal jargon and complex terminology often confused users, making it difficult to understand the services provided.
Unfriendly Navigation: Many existing law firm websites were difficult to navigate, with crucial information being hard to locate.
Impersonal Approach: Many users found existing law firm websites to be impersonal and intimidating.
Design Solutions
To address these pain points, we focused on simplicity, user experience, and personal connection:
Simplified Language: We made a conscious effort to use clear, straightforward language to explain the firm's services and legal processes, thereby making legal information accessible.
User-Friendly Navigation: We prioritized ease of use and accessibility in our design, creating an intuitive layout with a clear menu and call-to-action buttons.
Personal Approach: We included profiles of the legal team with their expertise, encouraging users to connect on a more personal level. A chat feature was also added for quick consultations
