Group Life Insurance Portal & Reporting Dashboard (PK & KSA)

I work as a product manager at an insurtech running Group Life and Individual Life insurance across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Corporate clients and internal ops teams needed one clear view of their policies, members, claims and payments, instead of chasing spreadsheets.

Dashboard spec: defined the KPI formulas and the column structure for policy, member, claims and payment reports, so engineering had zero ambiguity.

Portal change specs: wrote the requirements for client portal updates, including endorsement flows (adding and removing members mid-policy).

UX copy: rewrote policy-expiry and consent popups in plain language that tells clients exactly what to do next.

KSA expansion: evaluated Saudi-compliant e-signature vendors side by side on pricing, API features and compliance.

Handover: documented specs and report formats so the dashboard could be owned by the wider team.

I use AI throughout: drafting specs faster, stress-testing edge cases, building quick prototypes to align stakeholders before engineering time is spent, and producing vendor comparisons in hours instead of days.
