I designed an interactive, immersive e-learning and training system for Coty, focusing on luxury retail customer journeys and retail excellence. The visual language moves away from dry, corporate training templates, instead using a vibrant, high-end editorial aesthetic that combines lush botanical elements, abstract color smoke, and bold neon charts. The interface relies on a clean, modern grid paired with highly interactive gamification components, such as situational question cards, progress audio waves, and dynamic feedback loops. The final product delivers a sophisticated, engaging digital learning environment that aligns perfectly with the premium branding of a global beauty leader.
