Case Study: Custom UI Design & Web Development for Davy Care

Client Overview Davy Care is a healthcare advocacy company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of prescription assistance for seniors and low-income individuals. By leveraging expert advocacy, high-touch service, and technology, Davy Care ensures affordable and accessible medications for those in need. Their mission is to create a stress-free, humanized healthcare experience for all.
The client sought to create a new website to improve user experience, align with their brand identity, and drive conversions. The project involves custom UI design, bespoke illustration work, and tailored web development using Framer.

Scope of Work

1. Home Page
Goal: Serve as the primary introduction to Davy Care’s brand and services.
Design: 5–6 sections, including a welcoming header, service highlights, benefits, and bold CTAs.
2. How It Works Page
Goal: Simplify complex processes with a clear, step-by-step format.
Design: 4–5 structured sections complemented by icons or visuals for clarity, mirroring the style of informative platforms like LegalZoom.
3. Blog Pages
Blog List Page: Clean list view for easy exploration of blog posts.
Detailed Blog Page: Prioritizes readability and engagement, designed as a reusable CMS template for scalability.
4. Prescription Pages
Prescription List Page: Displays all available prescriptions in a grid or list format.
Detailed Prescription Page: Focuses on presenting essential information clearly, using a reusable CMS template.
5. Program Pages
Program List Page: Highlights available programs with concise descriptions and CTAs.
Detailed Program Page: Comprehensive program details with a reusable CMS layout for easy content updates.
6. FAQ Page
Design: Tabbed view with 3–4 categories, each containing multiple FAQs, ensuring users can easily find relevant answers. Strategically placed FAQs throughout the site improve user experience.
7. Contact Page
Content: Includes a simple contact form and location details, designed for ease of use.

Additional Features

Custom Illustrations
To visually represent Davy Care’s services and values, custom illustrations will be developed during the design phase. These illustrations will align with the brand’s tone and mission, enhancing the website’s visual appeal and storytelling.
Scroll-Based Animations
Animations (e.g., slide-in, fade-in) will be added to create an engaging, interactive user experience.

Standard SEO Services

Page Load Optimization: Ensuring fast load times for improved user experience and search rankings.
Meta Titles and Descriptions: Optimized for SEO, with content provided by the client.

Basic Branding Package

To maintain consistency and reinforce brand identity, we will provide a basic branding style guide that includes:
Color Palette: Primary and secondary colors with usage guidelines.
Typography: Fonts for headings, subheadings, and body text.
Iconography: Consistent icon styles for clear visual communication.
