Carolina de Medeiros
For my fashion project at UniRitter Laureate International Universities, I designed a collection tailored specifically for parkour athletes, emphasizing performance, durability, and style. This collection is inspired by the high-energy, agile movements of parkour, focusing on garments that provide maximum flexibility and support.
Each piece in the collection is crafted from high-performance materials like stretchable nylon, moisture-wicking fabrics, and reinforced stitching to withstand the rigorous demands of parkour. The color palette features urban tones such as charcoal grey, navy blue, and metallic accents, reflecting the gritty yet dynamic environment of cityscapes where parkour thrives.
Detailed sketches and flats illustrate the innovative design and construction of each garment, highlighting the fusion of form and function. The collection not only meets the physical needs of parkour athletes but also elevates their style, demonstrating that performance gear can be both highly functional and fashionable. This project exemplifies my commitment to designing sportswear that empowers athletes to perform at their best while looking their best.
