Lyri Caliberations: Branding, UI/UX, Mobile & Web Ecosystem

Lyri Calibrations needed a connected digital system for customers, field teams, and internal operations. We delivered the brand direction, UI/UX, Android and iOS mobile apps, web admin dashboard, and Firebase infrastructure as one cohesive platform.

Customer orders and calibration-service requests were handled through phone and email, while operations relied on spreadsheets. Lyri needed a customer-facing experience that made ordering and booking simple, alongside an internal system that gave the team control over orders, inventory, customers, and reporting.

We established a unified visual direction and product design system before development began. The system covered typography, colour tokens, reusable components, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts across mobile and web.

This gave every customer and operational touchpoint a consistent experience while keeping the platform ready to grow.

Built in Flutter from a shared codebase, the mobile experience gives customers a self-service way to:

The app was designed with offline-capable workflows in mind for field technicians who may not always have a reliable connection.

The platform runs on Firebase for real-time data synchronization between mobile and web. The architecture includes authentication, database workflows, cloud functions, push notifications, and scalable backend foundations.
