This is an internal operations build, not paid client work.
Most teams can create action lists. The harder problem is proving that the right action has a clear owner, an explicit deadline and enough evidence to show that it is genuinely closed.
What I designed
explicit ownership for every action
priority and due-date control
visible status and escalation logic
closure evidence rather than “done” by assertion
a cleaner distinction between open, complete and evidenced work
How I approached it
I designed around accountability and verification. The tool makes commitments observable and gives the team a consistent way to distinguish activity from completed, evidenced work.
What the work demonstrates
This reflects the way I structure improvement recommendations: every countermeasure should have an owner, evidence, success criteria and a clear definition of done.
Evidence boundary
No client or quantified business outcome is claimed. The proof here is the control design and working artefact.
