In today’s fast-paced world, many people struggle with maintaining a balanced diet due to time constraints, lack of meal variety, and complex subscription models. "Plated Perfection" was designed to solve these problems by creating a visually appealing, intuitive, and conversion-driven UX/UI design for a subscription-based meal delivery service.
Key Objectives:
1. Offer a personalized meal selection experience based on dietary preferences.
2. Design a clear, engaging, and user-friendly subscription process.
3. Highlight pricing transparency to eliminate subscription anxiety.
4. Integrate trust-building elements like testimonials and flexible plans.
🔍 Research & Insights
Understanding User Needs & Pain Points
We conducted 150+ user surveys and competitor analysis on leading meal delivery services like HelloFresh, Blue Apron, and Freshly.
Key Findings:1
1. 74% of users wanted meal variety to avoid boredom.
2. 68% preferred a weekly subscription with easy pause/cancel options.
3. 82% were more likely to subscribe if given an introductory discount.
