Bijoux De Mimi is one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands. Before diving into a full redesign of their store, they wanted to know exactly where the existing site was underperforming, so the rebuild would be led by evidence rather than guesswork.
The brief Audit the current Shopify store end to end, identify the friction points and missed opportunities costing conversions, and translate those findings into a clear, prioritised plan for the redesign.
What I did I ran a conversion-focused audit across the store's key journeys and funnel stages, reviewing the experience against ecommerce best practice and the brand's own goals. The output was a prioritised set of recommendations mapped to the areas of highest impact.
Outcome The audit became the blueprint for the full redesign of Bijoux De Mimi's main site, ensuring every known weakness in the old store was addressed directly in the rebuild.
